CSA Week 1!

Woo hoo! Yesterday was our first CSA pick up at Palovchak's Produce in Doylestown. It was great to see John and Yvonne, as we haven't seen them since our last pick up in the fall!
They were braving the heat and ready to go with all kinds of goodies for us!

We also had our first monthly chicken pick up from Ledamete Grass Farm (Let 'Em Eat Grass)!

We got:
a peony
rhubarb
starwberries
letuce
asparagus
scallions
lemon basil
peas
chives
thyme
rosemary
cilantro
oregano
whole wheat flour
and our two chickens!
Not bad for so early in the season!!!!!
