Make Your Own: Baked Pears

Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter
1 per per person, peeled and cut in half
cinnamon
brown sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and brush it over a casserole dish so it is well-coated.
  3. Place pears face-down in dish.
  4. Brush some butter over each pear.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, and cranberries over pears.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until they are tender.
Enjoy over pound cake, with whipped cream, with vanilla ice cream, or on their own!
