3 tbsp butter
1 per per person, peeled and cut in half
cinnamon
brown sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Melt butter and brush it over a casserole dish so it is well-coated.
- Place pears face-down in dish.
- Brush some butter over each pear.
- Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, and cranberries over pears.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until they are tender.
