Day 2 was SO much better day Day 1. I still had a (caffeine) headache but it was much less severe then Wednesday. No nausea, and I actually had my appetite back. I might venture to say that the shakes were more tolerable!
I made a few "meals" yesterday, including:
Eggplant, mushrooms, onions sauteed with tomatoes and pepper added at the end.
Roasted Rainbow Pepper Soup with Roasted Mushrooms
