Okay okay, I know it's winter, but bundle up and make yourself a smoothie--they're SO good!
Strawberry Banana Smoothies

Leftover shake can be frozen in pop molds or 5 ounce paper cups with popsicle sticks.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice or skim milk
1 banana, sliced
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
