Make Your Own: Lobster Tail

When making Kate's Sweet Potato Soup, we top it with baked lobster tail. It's succulent and really simple to do. You can go to a market and buy it fresh, or you can go to your supermarket and buy it frozen--each tastes amazing.

I always use this website to remind me how to prepare the tail.

They will tell you just how to cut it,
How to prepare the butter,
