If you have a toddler then you know how they can be....HUNGRY. All.the.time. It doesn't matter what I give her, she will still be hungry in an hour or so! I have started combining her snacks to give her some variety and spice it up a bit, pulling out those sweet little bento boxes that have been so neglected (I do still love them, but I often send "wet" items in Ava's lunch and the bento isn't equipped to contain that!).
This contains cheerios, blueberries and apples. Other good snacky items include; diced fruit, cooked veggies (they're softer for her to chew), yogurt, pretzels, goldfish, and cereal.
What snacks does your toddler enjoy?

Edamame is an excellent toddler snack! It's a great source of protein, isn't "wet" and is easy to prepare The taste is nutty with a little sweetness.
Ooh, hummus is a good one, too! Cheap and easy to make (throw a few ingredients in the blender & voila!), as well as nutritious. Use as a dip for veggies or whole wheat crackers or just use a spoon (or fingers) like my toddler!
