Make Your Own: Grilled Brie and Apple Sandwiches

I got this recipe from Chef Mom and both J and I LOVED it (Ava was napping so she missed out)! We used Ezekiel bread and Jonagold Apples.

Try this delicious recipe for grilled brie and apple sandwiches.


  • Brie
  • Thinly sliced tart, crisp apple
  • Thinly sliced raisin bread (or raisin pecan sourdough bread)
  • Thinly sliced butter


  1. Heat a griddle over medium low heat.
  2. Meanwhile, butter the outsides of two pieces of bread. Layer brie and apple on the inside.
  3. Place on the griddle and cook until the brie has begun to melt and the outer sides of the bread are crisp and lightly browned.
