My CSA is now offering Chickens!

Palovchak's Produce is a local farm in Doylestown that offers an organic CSA membership from May through October. This week, they announced that they are partnering with Ledamete Grass Farm from Schnecksville, PA. Ledamete Grass Farm truly believes that the animals they raise should be happy, healthy, and allowed to eat a diet rich in natural foods -- bugs, grass, and maybe some organic grain. The animals rotate pastures which allows them to naturally fertilize the land.

In addition to weekly produce pickups, members will now be able to sign up for a chicken share. The shares range from one to five chickens per month.
