Ten on Tuesday [On FRIDAY]!

1. Woo hoo, I am officially in week two of the C25K program. I love it. It's motivating and I really look forward to it! I ordered a stroller cover to block the wind on chilly days. This makes it much more accessible to me- I can bundle up the baby and we are on our way!
2. We had our first CSA pick up on Wednesday and have been cooking up a storm ever since. It's exciting and not too overwhelming, once you get it all sorted in your kitchen and gain some control of the insanity.
3. I have a photography client that recently lost 80lbs (from January to now), and went from a size 18 to a size 4 with diet and exercise!!! WOW! What an inspiration!!!! I cannot stop thinking about it. If someone can make a huge lifestyle change like that, what is my excuse? Exactly.
4. I often think, "What would I do without facebook???" I get SO many awesome recipes from my friends. Sure, I can look on allrecipes.com, cooks.com, etc, etc, etc, but I prefer getting recipes from my friends who have actually made and eaten the meal I am about to attempt.
5. This is my favorite time of year- it's getting chilly, the leaves are gorgeous, and Thanksgiving and Christmas are just around the corner!!! It's also the time of year that people start bah humbugging about the holidays coming too quickly- which I never understand---tis the season---enjoy it!
6. Speaking of the holidays, have you checked out our Holiday Gift Guide yet??  There are some amazing products in there, just waiting to be checked out!
7. Sweet Baby (Toddler) A has decided she will only eat her pretzels (honey wheat sticks) with honey mustard!! My mother-in-law gave her the mustard for dipping and she LOVED it. What a palate this lady has! I didn't like mustard until I was 26 or so, and I'm 27 now:)
8. I am not going to lie, I cannot WAIT for snow!
9. Still obsessed with sushi. Mmmm. I tried eel the other day and it was... oceany (but good)!
10. Thankfully the chocolate is gone from the Halloween stash (thanks to me, mostly). Back to healthy snacks!

Have you tried springpad? I'm a recent convert and it's great, especially with a group of friends. You can upload recipes from online, with pictures and even add your own notes, and I think it's great because you're sharing recipes and blogs and everything else with friends.
