This is a Mama Cheaps original, a recipe from back in the day- she made them all the time when we were kids, and I STILL see her making them! So, I got inspired.
Very, very quick and easy.
whole grain english muffins (1 per person, 1/2 for a baby or small child)
spaghetti sauce
cheese (any kind, really)
garlic (powder or freshly chopped)
diced veggies or meat (we were in a hurry, so we only threw mushrooms on)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Layer sauce, veggies, & cheese onto english muffin.
3. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted (longer if you want the muffin to be crunchy).
